Chongqing Ansheng Potassium Industry Co., Ltd. operates a 20,000 m² production site in the Changshou chemical industrial development zone. The company is a state-level high-tech enterprise, a Chongqing “specialised, sophisticated, unique and innovative” (SME) enterprise, and a fine-phosphate demonstration project.

The plant is only 30 km from Chongqing Guoyuan Port, which gives convenient access to river-sea and rail-sea container transport for export shipments.

Technology

Monopotassium phosphate is produced by an extraction route using our own patented composite organic solvent together with purified phosphoric acid (PPA, purity > 85%).

We use 62% crystalline potassium chloride as the potassium source. The one-stop process at the source conserves resources and produces a product that is more suitable for end users.

Ammonium chloride is recovered as a by-product, so the production process meets environmental requirements.

Products and quality

The main product line is industrial-grade 99% monopotassium phosphate (0-52-34) in crystal and pure powder (UAV-specific) specifications, meeting the industrial-grade export first-class standard.

Based on phosphate raw materials such as MKP, we also produce water-soluble fertilizers through chelation and compounding, together with NOP, UAN, CN/CAN, magnesium sulphate heptahydrate and potassium magnesium sulphate.

Markets

Products are exported to Southeast Asia, South Korea, South America, Europe, the Middle East, India, North America and other countries and regions.

Domestic cooperative customers include large state-owned enterprises and listed companies such as China Agricultural Materials, Chongqing Agricultural Materials, Shanghai Agricultural Materials, Xinjiang Agricultural Materials, Angel and Sanning.
